Age verification is mandatory. pak236 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with our verification policy.
pak236 does not make any representation about the legality of online gaming in your specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this platform is lawful where you are located. We do not hold or claim any Pakistan government permit, regulatory approval or official endorsement.
Each individual is permitted to hold one pak236 account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
When you register, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. pak236 will not be responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information you have provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password — secure and confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. pak236 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
pak236 may at any time request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal or in response to account activity. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
pak236 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and Debit Card. All balances on the platform are held in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by pak236.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your pak236 account within two minutes. Raast and card deposits normally clear within five minutes. Bank transfers may take between 30 minutes and two hours depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected time, contact our support team with the transaction reference.
You may only deposit using a payment method that is in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be returned if detected. This rule applies to all payment methods including mobile wallets and bank transfers.
pak236 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account may apply their own standard transaction charges which are outside our control.
To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity documents must have been reviewed and approved by the pak236 team. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be placed on hold until the process is finished.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
pak236 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically arrive in your mobile wallet the same day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. During peak periods — such as PSL match days — processing may take slightly longer.
Withdrawals will be sent back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If this is not technically feasible, our support team will assist you in selecting an alternative method.
You cannot withdraw bonus funds that have not yet met the stated wagering requirements. Real money deposited funds that are separate from any active bonus can generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification. See Section 6 for full bonus rules.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pak236 are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the bonus is issued. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirement will be stated on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — this will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Check the promotion page before playing if you are unsure.
Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated validity window will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
pak236 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or any other behaviour that pak236 determines to be bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Repeated abuse may lead to account suspension.
pak236 regularly runs promotions tied to Pakistan Super League seasons, T20 internationals and other cricket events. These promotions will have their own specific terms published at the time of the offer. Cricket-specific promotions may have shorter validity windows aligned to match schedules.
pak236 offers sports betting on cricket, football, tennis, esports and other sports as listed in the betting section. Markets are available pre-match and in-play for selected events. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond a stated period; the market being suspended before the event starts; a clear pricing error by pak236's odds team. Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake.
In-play markets are subject to frequent price changes. pak236 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical moments such as wickets falling in cricket or goals being scored. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted.
pak236 applies maximum payout limits per event and per sport. These limits are displayed on the relevant market. Winnings above the stated limit will be capped at the maximum payout regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
For PSL, T20 and international cricket markets: if a match is abandoned due to rain or other external factors, all markets that have not been settled on a completed innings or completed result will be voided. For matches that reach a result via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, all settled markets stand.
The games available in the pak236 Game Lobby are provided by third-party software providers. pak236 does not develop the underlying game software. Game availability may change — titles may be added or removed from the lobby at any time based on provider agreements.
All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. pak236 does not intervene in or influence individual game outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider.
If your connection drops during a game round, the round will be completed on the server and the result recorded. Your account will reflect the outcome of that round when you reconnect. pak236 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on your end.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from studio environments. In the event of a stream interruption that prevents a game round from completing, the round will be declared void and stakes returned. Decisions made by live dealers before a disconnection event stand where the round has been completed on the provider's system.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak236. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
pak236 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: prohibited conduct is detected; identity verification cannot be completed; fraudulent activity is suspected; or the account has been dormant for an extended period.
If pak236 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to rule violations, fraud or bonus abuse, pak236 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.
You may request to close your pak236 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Once an account is closed, its associated email address and phone number may not be used to open a new account without prior approval from pak236.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pak236 will notify you before applying any dormancy policy to your account balance. Notification will be sent to the email address registered on your account.
pak236 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause downtime.
